There are two controllers on the side of the fan, one is for normal fan speed adjustment and the other one is for cooling plate temp control. Looks just like normal neck fans but works way better with that cooling plate.If you are trying this in a quiet room than you might get this a bit noisy but this thing is perfect for outdoor use like hiking or walking. Little heavy on your neck but gives you relive from heat on your face. Made of quality materials and battery last long depending on your use. Overall good quality and reasonable price.

I tested this neck fan today. I was outside at a brunch at a friend place. We were under a umbrella. The temperature was 86 f but felt like 96f. I was the only one that was not hot. I normally feel the heat something awful but this neck fan really did the trick. I let a few of the others at the table try it on and they are planning on buying one for themselves. Excellent product. Light weight, quiet on the first and second settings but a bit louder on the next 3 settings. Which is to expected since more air is being forced through. Neck pad that ensure comfort around the neck.
